I wouldn’t recommend using Norwegian, please avoid at all costs!!! I paid £800 for flights that they cancelled on us and we are still waiting since March for the refund.

Customer service is abysmal. I have flown with Norwegian numerous times in recent years. Flights have been good, although delays seem more likely than with other airlines. Service on board is good - staff always friendly and helpful. Planes are clean and comfortable.
